Stick War Instructions

The controls of Stick War isn't really different from most strategy games out there. You will use your mouse for the most part - for interaction, upgrading your weapons, learning new weapons, training Archidons, Speartons, Swordwraths, and more, and everything else in between. Let's have a closer look at the game...

Stick War Walkthrough

Primarily a real time strategy game like Starcraft, Stick War - a free and browser based flash game, your decision making skills is just as important, or should I say, even MORE important than fast clicking fingers.

Running a nation is no easy task...especially if every nation around you thinks conquering you is a piece of cake. Archidons, Speartons, Swordwraths, Magi Kills - these are just some of the guys who will be after your nation named order. The idea is to do a pre-emptive attack to safeguard your country and adopt the weaponry and fighting technologies of these countries for offense and defense.

This one reminds me a lot of Bruce Lee who founded Jeet Kune Do - the style of no style...he reasons out that to be successful in Martial Arts, you need to adapt. Take what is useful and toss the parts that are not too useful. Anyway, back into the game, there are many ways to play Stick War, which gives it a lot of replay value!

Upgrades: Want to finish this game? Yeah? Then you better learn how to value and use those upgrade points. You see, each time you complete a stage or a level, you get 2 valuable upgrade points. How are you going to use it? Now, that depends on your personal style and strategy. Knowing thy self is the first step.

The Aggressive Type: If you are someone who always wants to be on the move...someone who wants to take on the offensive all the time, upgrading and beefing up your speartons and swordwraths is the way to be. Get all of the upgrades you can for these 2 fighting units and move on to the offensive.

Economic Power: Money makes the world go round. The same thing goes in this strategy game. The more resources you have, the more units and structures you can create. If that's what you prefer, you have to focus more on upgrading your miners and creating more statues for income upgrades until you have a pocket full of resources that allows you to train and build practically any unit you want.

In conclusion, there are a lot of ways to go about using your upgrade points. None of them are correct or wrong...as I have said, it all boils down to playing style. HOWEVER, you should keep in mind that focusing on one strategy throughout the game will make certain levels seemingly insurmountable for you. My advice? Stick to your personal style and strengths BUT don't forget to adjust when the situation calls for it.

Oh! Don't spread yourself too thinly. That's a surefire way to make your army varied, BUT not really strong enough to take on anyone.
