Desktop TD Pro Walkthrough

Desktop TD Pro is the sequel to the critically-acclaimed tower defense game, Desktop Tower Defense. This strategy game features three new gameplay modes, multiplayer, and twenty-four scenarios.

The goal of Desktop TD Pro is similar to that of many other tower defense games, prevent enemies from reaching their goal and survive through all waves. Each time an enemy makes it across the screen, you will lose one life. If you lost all of your lives, you will lose the game! To prevent enemies from making it through, you will have to strategically place towers as well as keep them upgraded.

There are four gameplay modes in Desktop TD Pro: Scenario, Sandbox, Sprint, and Multiplayer. Scenario mode contains twenty-four challenging scenarios to complete. You may play the scenarios in any order. If you are new to this strategy game, I advise you to play the first scenario since it provides a tutorial that teaches the basics of the game.

Sandbox mode allows you to create your own scenarios. You can customize waves of enemies, the amount of money that the player begins with, the towers that players begin with, and more.

In Sprint mode, enemies must be defeated as quickly as possible. When all enemies of the current wave have been defeated, the next wave will appear. Waves will not appear until the previous wave has been defeated. Multiplayer in this strategy game follows the same rules as Sprint mode, except that you will be in competition with a human player. The player that defeats all of their enemies first will win the game.

Desktop TD Pro does Desktop Tower Defense proud by retaining the charm of the first game while bringing lots more to the table (or desktop). If you are a fan of tower defense games, then you will love this strategy game!
