Cursed Treasure: Don't Touch My Gems! is a strategy game that focuses mainly on tower defense. But, instead of being a normal tower defense game, it goes above and beyond the usual expectations for this traditional genre of online gaming. You'll have three different types of towers to build, and three different sections of a map where you can build them. While this is somewhat limiting, it makes sense as the game goes on.

Instead of having enemies reach your base - where you would normally lose a life - they'll have to grab you gems, and successfully retreat with them. Once a gem has been grabbed, it will fall wherever an enemy runner drops it. But this isn't a good thing, as any other enemy runner can pick it up - and immediately turn around. So if you don't let any runners grab you gems, you won't have that much of a problem - but the game gets progressively harder if you don't have a tight, concise defense in place.

As long as you keep one gem on the map, after each and every wave has been dispersed, you'll beat the mission. Depending on how well you did, you'll get a certain amount of experience, and you'll be able to purchase certain upgrades that will make every level easier. This is a great twist most you won't find in many other strategy games, and it makes Cursed Treasure worth playing.

With a total of fifteen missions, Cursed Treasure: Don't Touch My Gems! will take even veteran gamers quite a while to get through. There is a speed up feature you can use with invading waves, but only use it if you know what you're doing. With great graphics and fantastic gameplay, this flash game is highly recommended.
